Company profile.
Founded in 1981, by the late prominent entrepreneur, Babubhai M. Ladwa, Masasi Construction Co. Ltd Class 1 Contractor is one of the leading local well established Tanzanian Construction Company, incorporated as Legally Class 1 Contractor Limited Liability Company, registered with Contractor’s Registration Board (CRB) in Building (Class 1) and in Civil (Class 3). The Company is the founder member of Tanzania Civil Engineer’s Association established in 1996. The Company is extremely well resourced with modern office facilities, highly qualified, experienced, dedicated engineers, project managers, technicians and skilled operatives totaling around 100, including Head Office Project Management team.

Large Timber workshop for joinery, furniture and fittings housed in 3000 sq.meters factory and associated structures along Mbozi Road in Chang’ombe Light Industrial Area, Dar es Salaam. Mechanical workshop for the repairs and servicing of the company’s plant, equipment and fleet of vehicles located at Nyerere (Pugu) Road, Dar es Salaam
In house Manufacturing.
Concrete Articles Manufacturing yard for production of cement sand and concrete blocks etc. Concrete Batching Plant (Ready Mix Concrete) 30 cubic meter per hour capacity located at Mbozi Road, Chang’ombe, Dar es Salaam. Alluminium and UPVC fabrication Unit located at Mbozi Road, Chang’ombe, Dar es Salaam.

To-date we have accomplished successfully over 100 projects across Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar Island even in the challenging and remotest areas in the past closely to 40 years and earned the most trusted and leading name in the field of construction as the Country is enjoying peace and stability.
